Nasdaq has had info on the NGIO IPO for a while...just nothing on the IPO Calendar...so it looks like we get two NT 10-Ks on Monday...and we wait again...meanwhile share count went up another 460,087 shares and PPS will probably decline some more until we (better) get our 10-Ks on 11/15...I really wish I could just go into hibernation for a couple of weeks!
