Does anyone know anything about Pyro SS, LLC? Convertible loan for $500K?
This company looks fairly new and noticed a couple of things that seem a little strange. Are they the group that worked on the pyrolysis equipment for Medi RI?
They're mentioned in the 2019 year end 10-K and 2020 1st quarter 10-Q relating to the $500K convertible loan for 11,000 shares. Looks like the agreed to extend the repayment of the loan or conversion until July 28, 2021.
from 2020 10-K filing - "In addition, the Company has been issued an extension for the term of a secured convertible loan to Pyro SS, LLC, as reported in the Company’s Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2020, until July 28, 2021."
Maybe we see if anything has changed when the 3rd quarter 10-K is released in a couple of weeks.
