Hi Pete! I almost missed this post. If it works in humans like it did in animals we will see decrease in chosen biomarkers and confirmed reduction in tumor size via scan. Crunch will be late cohort...4th or 5th is my guess. We always want to see efficacy before toxicity and the trial is built for both. Will the goal of establishing mtd mean efficacious dose is found also? Can't say. Hope so - and my now empty wallet is betting on it.
