I see no answer since yesterday but let me take a crack at it... it's more likely his company was bought by Generex with shares (not necessarily his choice), maybe cash as well so probably not his own direct funds in that $6M of shares...

Anyway, while we sit with no information, I'm glad my other two special OTCs are at least saying some things... and moving ...
