There are two numbers to focus on for $BCAP: ~400M shares @ $0.0004 (that creates one base) and ~750M shares @ $0.0006 (that's the second base).
In 2012 the entire O/S turned over more than 3 times. I'm 100% confident that we'll at least see a turnover of 2 times in 2013 and I assume we'll be above $0.0006 on a fundamental basis by the end of April at the latest with a nice Quarterly.
1B shares traded in a month is entirely possible with $BCAP as we've seen many times in 2012
