Earlier this week on Tuesday, I reached out to the company asking for documentation of any government instituted "gag" order. Even agreed to keeping the info cofidential. No response.
Wednesday, I sent an email to the SEC requesting whether or not the SEC even does that type of thing. So far no response but they usually take 3-4 days to respond.
