Interesting thought, but I disagree with that statement of Recknor being CEO. I like Dr Recknor alot. His efficiency, knowledge and expertise is outstanding from what I can tell. Getting biomarkers, knowing amarex was incompetent, enrollment of trials quickly, legit IND protocols to meet endpoints....top notch stuff. That's why I think he is where he should be.
The CEO is in charge of business decisions and all the unfun stuff. Recknor is soft spoken, appears to be a man of few words and can talk science jargon to make your head spin, but his boots on the ground work is what cydy needs right now. We need trial results yesterday and he's the fastest best person we've had do that so far since I've been here. CEO work would distract from that and I think that has earned NPs respect enough to where NP is listening to him.
If I remember correctly NP wanted to do interim Nash results, but Recknor wanted to wait a little longer for full trial...I believe Recknor won.that argument as we don't have the results yet.
