Between October 2012 and today about 1.9B shares have been traded. About 1.8B are at $0.0004 or higher and about 1.4B are at $0.0006 or higher.
Basically the next 400M shares that trade at $0.0004 or higher creates a fundamental basis for moving up. I think we'll start seeing faster moves higher after $0.0006 because of the long length of the consolidation.
