Thoughts on why this has happened.
First let me say that I have verified that my votes are marked as voted on TD. I received the emails on 20 Oct and voted on 21 Oct.
On 26 Oct received a phone call from Cytodyn remining me to vote, wasn't sure how they got my phone number but wasn't upset. It sounded like a robo call so I hung up before it ended because I knew I had already voted, so I didn't listen to the entire call.
So was thinking, since it is my understanding that if you don't vote your vote basically it is defaulted to what the board has suggested. So is it possible that a large number of inexperienced traders and small holders figured that if they didn't vote that they were voting the default. Especially with all the confusion created by the 13dbags that the easiest way to make sure the Current BOD got the vote was to allow their vote to go to default.
They may not have realized that this would cause a problem with the quorum.
