This is why I was so excited when Ohm posited that a future combo trial in cancer with checkpoint inhibitors might be 3-arms: LL with Keytruda or Opdivo, LL alone, placebo. How will they explain it if the LL arm is the same or even more effective than the combo arm but with no side effects?
