I have wondered how firm the Dec 3 date is. I've always assumed it is negotiable and that if Zion has the resources to continue drilling they would surely get permission. If that assumption is incorrect they may move into the twilight zone next to another company that we both know so well.

The last communication from John Brown seemed to be him sharing with us a pep talk that he gave himself. It suggested to me that he feels the need to mitigate disappointment by reviewing the faith walk that has brought us to this point. I can certainly understand.
