Last year the non voting shares were 19.8%. With all the FUD, would not surprise me if it was much higher. That does not mean in any way, shape or form, that 13d'ers get any significant number of those votes.

Most likely event on November 24th is quorum coming from pro votes and enough of the non votes to carry the day. There will be a portion of the no's that will come to their senses, IMHO
