As soon as the 13D group was ruled invalid, all of their documentation should have been removed from broker accounts. Yet it stayed up and Cytodyn took too long to put their official ballot out.
So the confusion among retail shareholders was likely a big part of the problem.
I imagine some folks thought they could dial-in and vote during today's meeting too. Wasn't that an option in year's past? Meanwhile, most didn't even receive an email to register to *listen* to today's mtg.
Just a shitshow all around and a big/majority portion of the blame lies with 13D for meddling nonstop, even after the courts shut them down.
