It looks like MLR has already answered this:
Will the 8k will be released during the Q4 filing period (from October-December), or the filing period for the Q4 (2021) annual report (which is released during the first 3 months of 2022)?
I'm guessing the 8k will be released sometime in October-December, since Doc said the following:

A. Yes
