I guess my concern would be is there a way to verify that proxyvote actually counted all of our online votes?
On the other hand, I am not surprised that the vote count was low. With the 13D nonsense leading up to the meeting, the delay in sending out proxy cards, etc., I'm sure many people were unable to vote in time. And, there was a lot of uncertainty about the vote. For example, the 13D groups proxies remained posted on the brokerage houses, adding to the confusion. I'm sure with all the uncertainty and confusion, many people just didn't vote.
I never did receive anything via USPS mail either. I think by the time the court case was concluded, it was too close to the date to get the vote out properly.
