Agreed. I think JR would want this all wrapped up by the time the annual report comes out. He can move forward with the MM as soon as the audit is done and that could be any day. We routinely begin audits before year end to reduce the back end time. If he did that they would only need to wrap up the q4 review and complete the final report. 30-45 days is reasonable assuming the company closed their internal financials quickly to hand them over to the auditors.
