The meeting is already adjourned.
It went so fast and I was not expecting anything material during the quorum call that I missed most of it. But here is the little I did get (but not sure how accurate it is).

If activist group had submitted their proxies (?) then there would have been a quorum
Thinks activist group is in violation of the SEC regulations/rules
If less than a quorum the presiding member may adjourn the meeting.
New meeting will be held Wed, Nov. 24th
