Guys I am here and suffering way more than most and yes I did the deal when the share was trading at 3.25 so I am looking at almost a 6 million dollar loss since then. No unfortunately i did not cash in my stock for all the nay sayers out there unfortunately as I could not. It was impossible to find a broker who would accept the stock when I received my shares. I was even told by a former executive that they had their shares blocked at Wilson Davies recently. So people I am here like you and I await the 10K! I know that the IND was filed so let's see what news they report. I am also pretty sure that the IPO for NGIO if and when it happens will be way over-subscribed in China since people are despperate to convert their chinese based assets into US assets and the total vaccine is a great potential future bet. Again the way the management is handling this is a joke and a lesson to teach why you need to keep your investors in the loop. This may be because they are in a silent period but agin there is no substitute for good management and grabbing the bull by the horns rather than letting it gut you
