Re: Evil Rabbit #108866
spending less time watching this stuff day to day and haven't been on for a week. I'm sure some are thrilled to not hear from me.
what bums me out is this: as recently as a few weeks ago, we all remember that management was continuing to entertain the Oct 15 deadline for BLA submission. Sure, they didn't promise, but they held it out as a possibility. Given what we know now (still finalizing our CRO, still getting people in their roles - and it's almost Nov) there is no way possible on earth that management didn't know that the BLA was a long ways off. Obviously we now know it is months away - (hence the "Q1 of 2022) comment. I feel like they totally covered the severity of the problem up - at least while the 13D stuff was going on.
Regardless, i've reluctantly voted for everything in support of the board - they need the shares, and we don't have another option for leadership right now. But it's very clear that this BLA process has been much worse than i had ever thought. I only pray the new team has a handle on it.
It's also clear i was initially way too bullish on the timing for COVID / Brazil. That one's not our fault - just very regrettable that we didn't nail CD12 (with 4 doses) at the peak of the outbreak. Oh well, see you all in a week.
