No doubt, as documented by the RTF letter, the initial filing couldn't have been more messed up. And Dhody was on a call with investors to acknowledge it to some degree (thanks, G).
But we updated our filing within 6 weeks or so. How many of these issues were cleared up with that revision? And how many remained but weren't conveyed to investors?
As we have become aware, the company was silent about remaining receptor occupancy issues for quite some time. Anything else? Or was that the only material item?
