As LV said to me today...if Doc was going to sell at these prices, he wouldn't be able to sell more than a million shares a day to keep the price from absolutely plummeting. The TOTAL volume for today was 476,416 shares. It would take someone two months to sell 23 million shares at these prices.

Doc has to file a Form 4 within 2 business days after he sells any stock. We would see when Doc starts selling before he can sell very much.
