It's not likely that investors will forget...that they lost TWICE in court...for their behavior...agenda skirmishes at best...on the landscape...Anyone thinking this through... will understand the implications of hamstringing current management with their ongoing efforts...IFFF... this was a year ago ...before ALL..that we have in front of us...I'd be concerned...I AM NOT.
