I doubt if that’s how it went down with Mahoob. If you recall, the January 2020 meeting ,Mahoob claimed that the non clinical work was ready for submission and the rest would be ready by Q2. The non clinical being ready for submission in January tells me just that. In his opinion it was complete and was going to be submitted
