I think our vote on everything will be fine. We will pass everything the company has asked for. Why? Because investors are smart enough to realize that if we don’t fund our trials and purchase more Leronlimab that we are currently bound by contract to buy. Then we swirl around the drain looking for financing.
The real result is we may not get financing and therefore could bankrupt our company. So when you even think about not voting our 200m shares that may or may not be fully used as dilution. Keep in mind that your hurting your own investment and could take a positive account into negative territory. Therefore being responsible for cutting your own throat. Now… does that sound like a smart thing to do? You know we need the shares to finance our trials and keep our head above water. Just be smart and vote like the companies future depends on it… because it does.
