Share rise absolutely essential, yes. The RTF/email news drop last night, yes, requires more scrutiny. That puts a different relief on some other vote choices.
There is recourse post-vote I suppose even if one votes “For” board recs. But if one has a message to send, what choice does one make in the final hours to do so without hamstringing mgmt/investment? That’s a gambit.
In after post-endpoint HIV achievement with a low 6 figure share count doesn’t move a needle. But it’s not trivial. GLTA as the unfolding takes shape.
