As all know i keep thinking we will get filings this week, here is why, UNVC was deregistered in 2010 when it went dark, I never saw a form on the SEC report page where we have reregistered. A long which i trust contacted OTC about this and was told we only had 30 days to file instead of the usual 45 days.
Ok OTC is still running behind and the 30 days are up this Friday i believe so to stay current it needs filed very soon.
