Just for a little context, Cytodyn partnered with Amarex in 2014, the HIV combo trial was done mid July 2018 and the BLA (that got a RTF from the FDA) was submitted April 27, 2020.

So almost 2 years Amarex was not able to submit the final BLA. If I were CEO of the company paying them to do a job that they have failed to finish in 2 years, I would give them a dead line for sure.
