We've been just about as oversold as we're going to get. Williams%R cratered to under -90 in each of the last 4 days. Today it did not and is comfortably above -50 (in the -60 to -40 band) on a 1 week 15-min chart, and today triple-bottomed at -60 on the way to its current band. Volatility and momentum increased this morning without lower lows. I smell reversal.
