There is a difference between authorizing more shares so that we can continue to fund trials and manufacturing - that is absolutely essential since we are almost out of authorized shares. I am happy with that proposal.
That doesn’t mean that I have to be happy with the gifting of nearly 7 million options to execs based on the passing of time.
For achieving milestones on time - that would be worth it.
By the way, we wouldn’t need more shares if we could have successfully submitted the BLA after excellent phase 3 results. NP could brag about how revenue was funding the company rather than having to be excellent at minimizing dilution while waiting for sales.
