Junebug, just because the 144 is valid for 90 days doesn't mean Dr. D. will necessarily wait that long, that he *won't* do anything for 85 more days, or whatever the remaining time is. That doesn't make logical sense...it's like saying your driver's license is valid for 10 years, so you probably won't start driving for 9 years and 11-1/2 months.
Technically he does have a 90 day window, but is he going to wait that long? My gut says no but we have no idea. The point is that he *can't* wait any LONGER than that, and now we also know that shell cos., or cos that haven't been fully reporting for 12 mos, can't sell shares. He has to do the SPAC (or however he's going to conglomerate) before those 90 days are up.
