I have read from multiple articles of medical professionals that its not the climate change per say its the large gatherings that occur and move inside because of poor weather conditions outside that can cause the surges in covid. In Fl TX LA during heat wave season most stay inside to avoid the heat and thats when they surged for the rest of the US it will be winter tike no doubt. Brazil will be dealing with double digit rain season for several months so they too will see a rise.
