To be honest with you, I tuned out soon after the call started because it became clear to me there weren't going to be any major announcements. I was halfway listening to him talk about why the number of patients for severe would continue to drop unless they experience a "wave", so when he said we may not hit the primary endpoint (and thinking wtf??), I just assumed he was referring to the overall trial. Thanks to z_smith, I saw where he was referring to the "interim".
