Severe requires 612 patients which led me to believe that's why NP said we may not hit the end point for Severe.


As I recall, NP has stated that the 612 patient number is not necessarily the number required to complete the trial, it is the number they arrived at that would make it nearly impossible to not meet the endpoint by a wide margin. This is likely an ohm20 question, but my own feeble understanding is that the interim look at 40% COULD show statistical significance, but he was cautioning against counting on it
