OJB, If the proxy passes, shares increase to 2Billion. Most likely there will be an RS, so your share count will be affected. There should not be any change due to how you hold shares but that is subject to the company's decision going forward. Could be they will want to make all shares held at brokerages to make future changes more uniform and quicker. After so many years on the market, I could be wrong, but I think there may be an unusually large number of small investors holding shares that the proxy vote might reveal.
