Wow just found this board. IFlub was driving me nuts but this board looks productive. Still hanging on to some green shares but man its been a rough 6 months.

Im a finance newb. Can anyone explain the share structure changes? Looks like O/S increased 46M from newly issued A/S shares and 106M (which is AHS JV allocation). And how do ppl know the new structure if TA is allegedly gagged?
