"Physicians in charge or by the Institution where patients are being treated,...who takes FULL responsibility for the use and dispensing of the requested drug product."..."cannot be marketed commercially..."OK... so we have multiple sites using it under the auspices of Doctors and hospital/medical Institutions who are interested in their patient's health and return to normalcy and ACCEPT the responsibility for its use...Clarification??...seems pretty clear to me...the drug works or there would be ZERO requests for its use.
