Jonah Sacha is doing some great work with respect to prophylaxis and (I believe) cure initiatives, but Gero Hutter is the first doctor to ever "cure" someone with HIV (the Berlin Patient). There's since been a London Patient, which pretty much confirms it wasn't a fluke and that CCR5 deletion / blockage works.

Oh, Dr. Hutter is on CytoDyn's SAB.. they only accept real doctors and scientists, not social media quacks.
