I was just posting the link for everyone's information.

Hopefully, there will be a settlement & the company can move forward from all these lawsuits. The lawsuits have been dragging on for quite some time.

The company needs to focus on their core competency, & not these legal distraction.

I hope everyone has voted their shares for the proxy, so we can move forward. The deadline is October 31st, which is fast approaching.
