yes it was a knee jerk typical otc mentality reaction of flippers etc.
form 4s are not looked upon positively in otc because it usually leads to dilution. those who sold havent done their dd. it's that simple. once people see the share price recover theyll realize it was an overreaction. doc didn't tweet because of damage control. he knows f4s are shunned upon in otc.
so he clarified the best he could to disclose why he submitted it in admittance. most ceos wouldnt even bother doing that..it was taken completely out of context by the market. a fantastic opportunity to buy shares. and still may be..
