Nothing is concrete until DOC issue 8k or PR or whatever u name it. The pps is very unstable meaning by a small sells drops like a rock. There no new buyers therefore pps will always be under pressure. Yes we might go back to 12 again but it will drop again. This has been story of UNVC for last 18 months. Flippers are making killing of this volatile pps behavior.

Only one person can rectify this situation. According to some it is coming to end very soon. That shall be seen.
