Could be rounding up from the sp on the date of filing -- high was .073...of course, rounding up to .08 from there is not standard rounding procedure, but maybe? I find something like this more likely than that Dr. D. thinks that his big PR will blow the price all the way up to .08...I mean...not IMO.
