IMO this has a high probability of a prearranged sale of shares to a Third party or Third Parties. There is no way these shares get absorbed today with that volume. The Third party(s) gets the 22,790,235 shares and Dalton gets the $1.8 million in cash, .08 cents per share. The Third party(s) could be an entity(s) that will be merging into UNVC. They obviously expect a much higher price once everything is revealed which creates a nice valuation for the Third Party(s).
