Here are the facts about a company who currently has a Covid vaccine that only has an EUA:
Market Cap: $129B
Let's just say for argument's sake that GNBT/NGIO can achieve 1/3 of that success with "The Complete Vaccine" with their current contracts with the Chinese & Malaysian consortium of companies. That results in an approx. market cap of approx. $43B. Shares outstanding between the two companies is approx. 220M shares... That would result in a SP of just over $195/share... I realize I've not incorporated the 61% ownership of GNBT in NGIO but I purposefully did that to keep the math and my point as simple as possible... which is:
we really shouldn't be worried about where the SP sits pre-big news on the vaccine because once the needle starts to move we'll leave these days of $0.15/share, $0.20/share, $0.25/share, etc. and will be in a place where some big pharma company will want to buy our companies for well over $200/share... at that point it won't matter if we were sitting at $0.15/share or $0.30/share because it'll be insignificant compared to where we'll be after the vaccine is approved.
Just my "glass half full" outlook...
