Let me explain "supreme leader".
I fully believe that the rest of the BOD are all boys in NP's back pocket. They love their huge paydays as much as NP does, and if NP doesn't like you, you're gone.
Just because NP doesn't pull the trigger doesn't mean he didn't HIRE the man who does.
