Whether directly or indirectly-I dont know who Matt Fuchs is- otcmarkets.com has a strong PR team
limited info now is substantially different than it was before
"2,247 former Pink No Information securities shifted to the Expert Market tier" - i dont immediately understand that - I assume most of these were on the grey market- which is essentially the 'expert market' tier
