Angelo, those many years I served as a Russian linguist/ analyst taught me this: to the KBG there is no such thing as a double blinded anything. Putin was a Col in the KGB. That should be enough said no worries, though, as it benefits the Russian to maintain silence. The reason is simple they work closely with the FDA. Of course this only an opinion.
