$ACRL Atacama Resources holds an option to acquire a 100 percent interest (the “Option”) in the Tannahill Gold Property which is located 35 kilometers northeast of the prolific Kirkland Lake Gold Camp in northeastern Ontario. Per the terms of the option agreement, Atacama can exercise the Option upon fulfilling the following requirements:
Make cash payments in the aggregate amount of $100,000 to, or to the direction of,
the optionors, over the course of a 4-year period and;
Complete $250,000 of eligible work on the Tannahill Gold Property over the course of
a 4-year period.
