You Guys Could Write a Soap Opera
The House.
He only works on it on the weekends. He is minding the store. Every time I have an email response, it comes around 6 am. Even I am not up at 6 am.
Why Wait to File? For two reasons:
Remember the charges against the company. He has to receive clearance from them. I do not know it the official papers have been sent as of yet. If they have not he can't file with the SEC. This was in the document I suggested we all take the time to read.
18. Disciplinary actions against an issuer's officers, directors, general partners, promoters, or control persons.
19. Significant events involving an issuer or its predecessor, or any of its majority owned subsidiaries.
Also, filing with strong research behind the application will justify the approval. Plus they need to show revenue.
Maybe we should all just relax, unless you want to write group soap opera? 99.9% of all the things we worry about do not come to pass. Yea, but there is that 0.1% that do.
Go do something nice for a neighbor instead. It will lower your blood pressure. Remember the weekend is coming. There is always something to fix around the house or in the garage. You'll have accomplished something that needs to be done and feel a whole lot better. SMILE. Make someone's life better because you are alive.
