Here is my take on the delay in news. First, I am not sure an OTC Pink, non SEC registered company has to file an 8k. When I researched that, up pops the OTC Markets 10 day rule. This rule has been around a number of years but most CEO's and attorneys paid no attention, that has probably changed after September 28th. The OTC rule states basically the same as an 8k, any material event needs to be communicated to shareholders with in 10 days. Yes, a merger, roll up or even a large contract. I would think Doc will be following the OTC rules if he is serious about up listing to NASDAQ, which he is serious as we already know.
So, Doc could have uploaded the UNVC shell third quarter numbers by October 4th or 5th but he has not. IMO he wants to be silent until he has the PRIVATE companies third quarter finished. Just look at the calendar, if Doc had them rolled up September 30th, we should have had disclosure by October 14th as per the 10 day rule, so he is sitting on "shell numbers" for a reason.
I think a lot happened in the third quarter, so Doc is waiting for the private company numbers to be finished, he then rolls them into UNVC, files the third quarter shell numbers up to OTC Markets and releases the third quarter private company numbers, free to say anything he wants to say about what he has created.
I do think Doc wants the numbers finished by the 29th, just to show NASDAQ he can get them done. We know HRI has been doing the financials, so Doc can crack the whip as they work for him. I hope I am correct, Doc has been pretty quiet and sitting on "shell UNVC" third quarter numbers for a reason.
Please realize, all Doc has to do on the 28th or 29th to stay current, is simply upload the "shell UNVC" third quarter numbers and we will remain current. However I firmly believe that Doc will crack the whip to get the private companies third quarter financials finished by the 29th. Doc being quiet and not uploading "shell" numbers is VERY encouraging to me, as it seems that he is waiting on financials of the private companies to complete the roll up. Doc said "get current then we roll", IMO roll up his private companies.
