Wow reading that judgement makes me even more happy this outside group was not Successful.
The could accurately and honestly fill out the necessary forms probably in large part because they waited till the last minute.
How would they properly file the myriad docs a public company needs to file as well as conduct all the business that Cytodyn has going on.
